Where can I find the user manual?
The model manual is supplied in the bike carton. Keep it for setup, maintenance, and safety guidance.
Does the bike require assembly?
Yes. Most bikes arrive about 85% assembled. The front wheel, pedals, saddle, rear rack, and handlebar may require fitting. See the Assembly Guide and the manual supplied with your model.
What is the maximum recommended rider weight?
The general recommended maximum is approximately 150 kg. Check the product page and model manual because limits can vary by model.
Does the bike support Bluetooth and app control?
Compatible models support Bluetooth and SOODOO App features. Some 4G-equipped models also support long-range remote functions. Check the specification for your model.
Battery and riding
Is the battery removable?
Yes, batteries on supported models can be removed for charging. Follow the locking and charging instructions in the model manual.
Is a charger included?
Yes, a compatible charger is included with the e-bike.
What rider height is recommended?
The general reference range is approximately 5.25–6.56 ft. Always check the geometry and specification of the individual model.
How long does charging take?
A full charge normally takes about 4-6 hours, with a typical assisted range of 30-50 km depending on rider weight, terrain, weather, tyre pressure, assistance level, and battery condition.
Can I ride in the rain?
Electrical components are water-resistant, not waterproof. A short ride in light drizzle may be acceptable, but avoid heavy rain, deep water, pressure washing, and outdoor storage in severe weather.
