Order handling
Processing normally takes 2-3 business days. Pre-order products display their estimated shipping date on the product page.
Shipping costs
- Products shipped from the UK warehouse: free UK delivery, with no hidden delivery duties.
- Selected accessories shipped from China: £8 shipping fee.

Tracking
A dispatch email is sent when the order leaves the warehouse. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate; during peak periods, updates may take 48-72 hours.
Delayed delivery
If an order is beyond the estimated window, email cs@yoclez.co.uk with the order number. We will contact the carrier and investigate.
