Payment security
Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors using encrypted connections and applicable PCI-DSS controls. Yoclez does not store complete card details on its own website servers.
Currency, taxes, and delivery
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery fees are presented during checkout. UK-warehouse products are normally delivered free; selected accessories shipped from China carry an £8 shipping fee.
Order verification
High-value or unusual transactions may be held briefly for security review. We may request information necessary to verify the order or payment-method ownership. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
